  1. I think a lot of women operate off of their intuition when hiring and it serves them well. It’s also good to use when you’re hiring people for smaller, freelance tasks. You’re ultimately going to enjoy working with people you “click” with, for whatever reason. And for the record, I know Emelie and think she’s AWESOME! Good move Roeder, good move!

  2. Oh my gosh! So surprised and honored to be mentioned here. It’s been amazing to work on the LKR team. I’m so happy that my skills are being put to GREAT use in helping small businesses FLY. I’m all about creating a new economic model, and I believe that entrepreneurship is the way to a sustainable future.

Plus, I use intuition daily in my own business to help guide my private clients. This is a great recommendation from Laura and a practice (listening to your gut) that I can’t recommend highly enough. Cheers and happy hiring everyone!

  3. Actually women have the ability to choose the right person. They have a great intuition.

  4. I have spent the last decade trying to use my brain more in making decisions and now find myself under-utilizing my intuition. We’re born with strong intuition yet everywhere we turn our culture tries to talk us out of it. This is a great reminder.

And, funny enough, I just hired one Miss Emelie Archer last week to help me with some big leaps I’m taking in my business. My intuition had already pointed me there. LKR, thanks for the confirmation I was listening correctly. :)

  5. I think that is one of the such a lot significant info for me. And i’m glad studying your article. However wanna observation on few common issues, The site taste is wonderful, the articles is truly nice : D. Just right task, cheers

  6. I guess I have used my intuition in more ways than one. And it seem to be working for me. In Philosphy, “intuition” is actually defined as an intelligent guess. So, it’s not really purely gut feel.
